摘要

Abstract

A MacPherson suspension quarter car(MPS-QC)model incorporating multiple nonlinear fac-tors was established.Comparative simulations with a simplified linear two-degree-of-freedom(DOF)quarter car model were conducted under Class B random road excitation conditions,and the PID control with identical parameters was applied to active suspensions based on both models.The results demon-strate that the MPS-QC model exhibits variation trends in sprung mass displacement and acceleration that are highly consistent with ADAMS/Car simulation results while requiring shorter computation time and achieving higher efficiency.The model shows a significant influence on the dynamic characteristics of active suspensions.
