眼内动脉化疗治疗视网膜母细胞瘤肿瘤疗效及安全性的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of intraocular arterial chemotherapy in the treatment of retinoblastoma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of intraocular arterial chemotherapy in the treatment of retino-blastoma.Methods:Literatures related to the clinical efficacy and safety of intraocular arterial chemotherapy versus conventional treatment for retinoblastoma were collected through online retrieval.The retrieved literatures were evaluated for methodological quality,and then analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 10 studies were included,involving 656 retinoblastoma patients with 703 eyes.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while those in the study group received oph-thalmic artery interventional chemotherapy.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the conventional treatment group,the study group had more advantages in treatment effective rate(OR=3.80,95%CI:1.98‒7.29,P<0.000 1)and eye preserva-tion rate(HR=6.03,95%CI:2.55‒14.22,P<0.000 1).However,there was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of safety,there were no statistically significant differences in local adverse reac-tions and systemic adverse reactions between intraocular arterial chemotherapy and conventional treatment methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment methods,intraocular arterial chemotherapy for retinoblastoma has more ad-vantages in eye preservation rate and clinical Effective rate of treatment,but the differences in recurrence rate,local complica-tions,and systemic adverse reactions are not significant.关键词
