晚期糖基化终末产物及棕色脂肪组织在糖与脂代谢异常中的研究进展
Research progress on advanced glycation end products and brown adipose tissue in glucose and lipid metabolism disorders

Abstract
This article reviews the correlation and research progress between advanced glycation end products(AGEs)and brown adipose tissue(BAT),as well as abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,for the purpose of providing a basis on the pre-vention and treatment of related diseases.Relying on PubMed,Embase,Web of science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Da-tabase,and VIP,the literature from 2005 to 2025 was screened.Predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to screen the identified studies and extract important data and perspectives.It was found that AGEs can participate in the regulation of glu-cose and lipid metabolism and the formation of inflammation,and play an important role in oral diseases and systemic diseases.The activation of BAT regulates the energy balance of the whole body through thermogenesis and energy dissipation,improves systemic diseases,and affects oral and intestinal microbes.This review systematically elaborates the formation pathways of AGEs and their association mechanism with the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism,and focuses on the analysis of the role charac-teristics of AGEs in the pathological process of oral diseases.At the same time,the anatomical positioning,physiological func-tion,and molecular regulatory network of BAT are comprehensively discussed,the latest research breakthroughs in the field of systemic diseases and oral diseases of BAT are summarized,and the interaction between AGEs and BAT is discussed.关键词
