Analysis and Test of Vibration Characteristics of Compressor Bracket Assembly for Electric Air Conditioners

Abstract
Aiming at the resonance and vibration isolation problems of the compressor brackets for elec-tric air conditioners in new energy vehicles,the compressor bracket assembly with rubber bushings was taken as the research object to analyze its vibration characteristics.Through modal simulation and struc-tural improvement of the bracket assembly,the modal frequency of the improved bracket assembly in-creased from 167 Hz to 315 Hz,effectively avoiding the maximum speed excitation frequency of the compressor.The modal testing of the bracket assembly was conducted using the LMS Test.lab data ac-quisition system,and the vibration isolation performance of the suspension system was verified through the real vehicle vibration isolation testing.The experimental results show that the deviation of the first three modal frequencies of the bracket from the simulation values is less than 6%,and the vibration iso-lation rates of each suspension basically reach 20 dB,meeting the design requirements.关键词
