Construction of Modern Agricultural Industrial Parks and Alleviation of Credit Constraints of Agricul-tural Enterprises

Abstract
For a long time,credit constraints have been the main bottleneck restricting the development of agricultural enterprises.As an important lever and main platform for promoting rural revitalization in the new era,exploring the role mechanism of modern agricultural industrial parks in alleviating credit constraints is of great significance for the high-quality development of agricultural enterprises and the promotion of rural in dustrial revitalization.On the basis of theoretical anal-ysis,taking 338 agricultural enterprises in 63 counties(districts)of 15 cities in Guangdong Province as an example,an endogenous treatment effect model was constructed for empirical analysis.The principal com-ponent analysis was innovatively used to synthesize credit constrained comprehensive variables for CMP estima-tion,and the doubly robust IPWRA and PSM models were used to effectively solve endogeneity and sample self selection problems.The results indicate that modern agricultural industrial parks have a significant alleviating ef-fect on credit constraints of agricultural enterprises.Whether agricultural enterprises join modern agricultural in-dustrial parks has a significant negative impact on direct credit constraints at the 0.01 level.The credit con-straint level of enterprises that join modern agricultural industrial parks is significantly reduced by 43.6%com-pared to those that do not.Modern agricultural industrial parks have comprehensively alleviated the credit con-straints of enterprises in the process of bank enterprise credit interaction.The industrial park has played a sig-nificant fiscal incentive effect in the pre loan stage,and whether enterprises join the industrial park has a sig-nificant positive impact on project loan interest subsidies,digital agriculture construction,and regional public brand creation at the 0.1,0.01,and 0.01 levels,respectively.At the loan stage,industrial parks have demon-strated effective level management.The interaction term between modern agricultural industrial parks and recog-nized levels has a significant negative impact on direct credit constraints at the 0.01 level,indicating that level management in industrial parks can further strengthen its alleviating effect on enterprise credit constraints.At the post loan stage,industrial parks provide reliable reputation protection functions.The interaction terms between modern agricultural industrial parks and scientific research investment and logistics e-commerce platforms have significant negative effects on direct credit constraints at the 0.05 and 0.05 levels,respectively.This reveals that there are significant differences in the correlation between joining modern agricultural industrial parks and allevi-ating credit constraints among enterprise groups that adopt different measures to construct the entire industry chain.The countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to deeply explore the cluster financing potential of modern agricultural industrial parks and strengthen their role in alleviating credit constraints.关键词
