摘要

Abstract

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is an important microvascular complication in patients with diabetes and may lead to renal failure.Metabolic reprogramming,characterized by a core imbalance of material and energy flow,includes mitochondrial dysfunction,in-creased glycolysis,and lipid metabolism abnormalities.Qi deficiency and blood stasis are key pathological mechanisms in DKD.Meta-bolic reprogramming runs throughout the entire pathological progression of DKD,playing a promoting role in its development,while the presence of DKD also accelerates the process of metabolic reprogramming.The method of tonifying Qi and activating blood to resolve stasis is an important treatment for DKD.By treating both the root and the branch,it improves mitochondrial function,regulates metabol-ic balance,inhibits oxidative stress,and enhances renal function.Remodeling metabolic reprogramming helps restore normal metabolic order,thereby slowing down or reversing the progression of DKD.
