抗旱节水耐盐碱优质中强筋冬小麦衡麦30的选育

Abstract
Hengmai 30 is a new winter wheat variety with drought resistance,water saving,high yield,and high quality.It was bred through a combination of conventional hybridization,60Co radiation mutagenesis,backcross propagation,pedigree selection,and other techniques.The hybrid offspring were subjected to vari-ous treatments such as water drought alternation and drought heat stress,and different field selection meth-ods were comprehensively used.After years of targeted screening and cultivation,Hengmai 30 was devel-oped.The parental combination is Liangxing 99/Longmai 26//Liangxing 99.It was approved by Hebei Province in 2021 and by Shanxi Province in 2023.The water saving index of this variety ranges is 1.276 1-1.312 9,and the drought resistance index ranges is 1.1903-1.2840.It has excellent characteristics such as drought resistance,water saving,cold resistance,disease resistance,lodging resistance,and salt alkali tolerance,and has strong gluten quality.Since its promotion and application,the general yield under the conditions of sufficient soil moisture sowing and dry rain cultivation is about 7500 kg/hm2,and under the condition of spring watering with 1 water(irri-gation amount of 750 m3/hm2),the general yield is 7 500-8 250 kg/hm2,with the highest reaching over 9 000 kg/hm2.It is suitable for planting in the Huang-Huai winter wheat region under dry rain and limited water conditions.关键词
