Abstract

By studying the fungal changes in soil at different depths of saline alkali land in Haixing,Cangzhou,identifying dominant fungal groups in soil at different depths,can provide data support and theoreti-cal reference for the scientific development and utilization of soil resources in coastal saline alkali land,target-ed improvement measures(such as using microbial regulation for improvement),and enhanced soil ecosystem stability.Using different depths of saline alkali soil in Haixing,Cangzhou as research materials,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the diversity and differences of soil fungi at different depths.The re-sults showed that the dominant fungi in soil mainly included Ascomycota,Ascomycota,and Basidiomycota,ac-counting for about 70%of the entire fungal community.With soil depth increasing,the relative abundance of Ba-sidiomycota and Ascomycota gradually increased,while the relative abundance of Zygomycota and Fusarium grad-ually decreased.The α and β diversity results showed that the abundance and diversity of fungal populations in the hx45 sample were significantly higher than those in other depth samples,making it the dominant depth layer for the diversity of rhizosphere fungal communi-ties in the study area.The fungal community of saline alkali soil in Haixing,Cangzhou was dominated by Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,and Basidiomycota as the core dominant groups,with obvious adaptability characteristics to saline alkali environments.Soil depth is a key environmental factor that affects the structure,abundance,and diversity of fungal communities in the region,and exhibits a regular pattern of Basid-iomycota and Ascomycota increasing with depth,while Zygomycota and Fusarium decreasing with depth.The hx45 depth is the optimal depth range for fungal community diversity.The vertical distribution pattern and core domi-nant groups of soil fungal communities in saline alkali soil identified in this study can provide direct microbiolog-ical data support for the research and development of microbial regulation and improvement technologies,layered development and utilization of soil resources,and maintenance of ecosystem stability in coastal saline alkali soils.It also provides a reference paradigm for the study of soil fungal communities in similar saline alkali areas.
