生态移民参与社区治理的意愿及其影响因素研究
Research on the ecological migrant's willingness to participate in community governance and its influencing factors

Abstract
The willingness of ecological migrants to participate in community governance is not only a key to building a pattern of co-construction,co-governance and shared benefits,but also an important support for effectively connecting rural revitalization.To explore the degree of migrant's willingness to participate in community governance,its formation mechanism and influencing factors,this study introduces two variables of community identity and community intervention to construct a theoretical framework of migrant's willingness to participate in community governance based on the Theory of Planned Behavior,and employs structural equation model to analyze it by using the survey data of 483 residents in the Huanghuatan ecological migrant community.The results indicate that:1)The migrant's willingness to participate in community governance is at a medium level,presenting a participation willingness pattern of"emphasizing words over actions",which reflects the overall lower participation enthusiasm and obvious discontinuity in participation depth.2)The migrant's willingness to participate in community governance is positively influenced by behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control and community identity,and partially affected by community intervention.Among them,participation return expectations,social network attitudes,control of ability resources,and community satisfaction are key driving factors.The main obstacles include the absence of incentive measures,insufficient information transparency,residents' preference for short-term interests,and serious formalism in community governance.It is recommended to optimize incentives based on migrants' employment and income growth needs,establish a one-stop community information service platform,set phased goals focused on livelihood issues,innovate the"resident deliberation"model,and strengthen capacity training and resource provision.These measures will enhance migrants' willingness to participate in community governance and achieve the sustainable development of ecological immigrant communities.关键词
