Abstract
In view of the capability requirements for intelligent command and control systems in urban warfare,such as autonomy and high efficiency,rapid responsiveness,and precise regulation and control,and considering their battlefield functions,tracked by three kinds of level one indicator as situation prediction analysis,command decision-making planning and task assignment capability,a three-level indicator system for evaluating their operational capabilities is constructed.The analytic network process(ANP)is employed to assign weights to each indicator.Additionally,a qualitative and quantitative integrated approach is adopted,combined with simulation and wargaming of typical urban warfare mission scenarios.Through a comprehensive assessment of the operational capabilities of a certain system,the feasibility and the effectiveness of the evaluation indicators and methods are verified.关键词
