活血通络止痛方联合体外冲击波治疗瘀滞型肩周炎的疗效观察
Therapeutic Effects of Huoxue Tongluo Zhitong Formula Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Periarthritis of Shoulder with Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Huoxue Tongluo Zhitong decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)on periarthritis of the shoulder with blood stasis.Methods:A total of 84 patients with stagnant periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups.Excluding drop-out cases,41 patients in the observation group were treated with Huoxue Tongluo Zh-itong decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave;The control group(n=41)was treated with ESWT alone.Both groups un-derwent a 4-week course of treatment.The TCM syndrome scores,Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ),Constant-Murley Score(CMS),and the serum levels of inflammatory factors including interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necro-sis factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The clinical improvement rate was 90.24%in the observation group and 78.05%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,SF-MPQ indicators,and the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group showed lower values than the control group(P<0.05);the index of CMS was sig-nificantly increased in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had a higher score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Zhitong formula combined with extracorporeal shock wave can inhibit the local inflammatory response of patients with periarthritis of the shoulder,alleviate the pain of shoulder joint,and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.关键词
