"俞募配穴、脏腑同调"推拿法治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效及对血清神经递质的影响
Clinical Efficacy of Tuina Therapy with"Shu-Mu Combination,Zang-Fu Coordination"in Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Its Influence on Serum Neurotransmitters

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the tuina therapy based on"Shu-Mu Combination,Zang-Fu Coordina-tion"in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)of liver depression and qi stagnation type,and its influence on serum neurotransmitters.Methods:A total of 100 GAD patients of liver depression and qi stagnation type were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Among them,3 cases dropped out in the control group and 2 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with tandospirone citrate tablets orally,while the observation group was given addi-tional tuina therapy of"Shu-Mu Combination,Zang-Fu Coordination"on the basis of the control group.Both groups received treatment for 40 days.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,and the changes in social,physical,and psychological function scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Scale(WHOQOL-100)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy;the changes in serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),and glutamate(Glu)before and after treatment were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treat-ment,compared with pre-treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in HAMA scores,social,physical,and psychologi-cal function scores of WHOQOL-100,and serum levels of 5-HT,GABA and Glu(all P<0.05),and the improvement degrees of the above scores and serum neurotransmitter levels in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than 80.9%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tuina therapy of"Shu-Mu Combination,Zang-Fu Coordination"can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of GAD patients of liver depression and qi stagnation type,restore their social,physical,and psychological functions,and regulate the serum levels of 5-HT,GABA and Glu.关键词
