摘要

Abstract

As a key component in the Stirling cryocooler system,the performance of the controller directly affects that of the entire cryocooler system.In this study,we review the development of key design technologies in the Stirling cryocooler controller.We also summarize the technical issues and key points involved in the design of the controller and outline the progress made in its development by major foreign research institutions in the past decade.With the continuous development of high operating temperature(HOT)infrared detector devices(HOT devices),the current development status of HOT cryocooler controller for HOT devices is summarized,and further development directions are pointed out.
