Abstract
The water use statistical survey is a departmental statistical program under China's legally mandated statistical survey system and serves as a fundamental task supporting water conservancy reform and development.This paper introduces the implementation status of the water use statistical survey system and systematically analyzes its operational framework,which consists of an organizational structure system,a process optimization system,a data review system,and a total volume accounting system.Furthermore,three potential prospects for the application of survey outcomes are proposed,including regional water consumption analysis,identification of non-compliant water use practices,and multidimensional water use forecasting.This study aims to provide references for further advancing the implementation of the water use statistical survey system and enhancing the utilization of its results.关键词
