Abstract
Affected by Typhoon Doksuri,the Haihe River Basin experienced historically rare catastrophic rainstorms from July 28 to August 2,2023,triggering basin-wide severe flooding that caused significant losses to economic and social development as well as to the lives and property of the people.Taking the"23·7"catastrophic rainstorm process as a case study,this paper provides a detailed review of the flood disaster statistics work in Tianjin during this event.It summarizes the experiences and existing problems in Tianjin's flood disaster statistical work and proposes measures and suggestions for further strengthening these statistics.The aim is to provide a basis for standardizing,scientifically improving,and institutionalizing flood disaster statistical work,ensuring data accuracy,authenticity,and effectiveness,thereby supporting disaster prevention,mitigation,and relief efforts.关键词
