乌梅丸联合悬灸热敏化腧穴疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果观察
Efficacy Observation of Mume Pills Combined with Suspended Moxibustion Therapy on Heat-Sensitized Acupoints in Treating Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Mume Pills combined with suspended moxibustion therapy on heat-sensitized acupoints on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:A total of 152 patients with UC were randomly divided into the study group and the con-trol group according to the random number table,with 76 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group received Mume Pills combined with suspended moxibustion therapy on heat-sensitized acupoints.The clinical efficacy,and changes in symptom disappearance time,TCM syndrome scores,endoscopy scores,intestinal flora levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores such as abdominal pain and distension,diarrhea,poor appetite,weak knees,fatigue with reluctance to speak,and cold limbs,etc.in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in their respective groups.Moreover,after treatment,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The endoscopy scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment in their respective groups,and after treatment,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate in the study group was 90.79%,which was higher than the 73.68%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in their respective groups,while the levels of enterococcus and escherichia coli were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The disappearance times for symptoms such as fever,abdominal pain,diarrhea,and purulent bloody stools in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mume Pills combined with suspended moxibustion therapy on heat-sensitized acupoints can improve the clinical symptoms and intestinal mucosal status of patients with UC,shorten symptom disappearance time,and enhance clinical efficacy.Its mechanism of action may be related to regulating intestinal flora levels.关键词
