炙甘草汤加味治疗阵发性房颤气阴两虚证45例疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction in Treating 45 Cases of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation with Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction in treating paroxysmal atrial fi-brillation(PAF)with qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 patients with PAF admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received low-dose Amiodarone,while the observation group received Supplemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction in addition to the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Then the efficacy,heart rate variability(HRV)indicators,creatine ki-nase(CK),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),malondialdehyde(MDA),and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)levels were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions,such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea,etc.and electro-cardiographic findings were recorded.Results:The effective rate was 73.33%in the control group and 91.11%in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,SDNN and SDANN increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the above indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant differ-ences were observed in rMMSD or PNN50 before and after treatment(P>0.05).Levels of MMP-2,CK,MDA,and α-HBDH decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the above indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Maximum P-wave duration and P-wave dispersion decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),with greater reductions in the observation group(P<0.05).In the control group,abdominal pain occurred in2 cases,with an incidence of adverse reactions of 4.44%.In the observation group,diarrhea occurred in 1 case and nausea in 2 cases,with an incidence of adverse reactions of 6.67%.When comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sup-plemented Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction combined with low-dose Amiodarone can improve HRV and efficacy in treating PAF with qi-yin deficiency syndrome,without significant adverse reactions.关键词
