Abstract
The finite element model of the spinning chamber is established by COMSOL Multiphysics finite element analysis method.The influence of spinning voltage,spinning distance and electrode width on the electric field distribution and fiber diameter is studied.The results show that the electric field distribution of electrospinning is affected by the spinning voltage,spinning dis-tance and electrode width.The voltage should not be too large,otherwise it will cause instability in the spinning process.The spin-ning distance is too small or too large,resulting in a coarse fiber diameter.Too wide or too narrow spinning electrode is not condu-cive to the refinement of the fiber and the improvement of the fiber quality.关键词
