Abstract
The fabrication of a sensor that can operate in a high-temperature environment and can measure large heat flux has been a key problem that has been difficult to solve.To this end,the design and fabrication of a heat flux sensor that can operate at about 1140℃is presented.The sensor consists of three main parts,which are a substrate,which are a thermopile,and a thermal re-sistance layer,and the performance of the sensor is improved by using an Al2O3·SiO2 inorganic compound with low thermal conduc-tivity.A high-temperature heat flux test and transient responsiveness test platform are built using a high-temperature furnace and a flame emitter,respectively,and the parameters of the sensor are measured.The results show that the sensor can still work properly at a temperature of 1 140℃and the measured heat flux size is 217.14 kW/m2,and the transient responsiveness test shows that the sensor has a fast time response to the heat flux value,these reflect to some extent that the prepared high temperature heat flux sensor meets the requirements of the heat flux measurements within an aerospace engine.关键词
