Abstract

Abatract Aiming at the problems of low sensitivity and low accuracy of traditional temperature sensors,a temperature sensor based on optical waveguide cavity is proposed,which utilizes the PDH feedback loop to measure the temperature with high sensitivi-ty and accuracy,and based on the PDH feedback loop.By changing the resistance value of the thermistor inside the laser and chang-ing the wavelength of the laser,the measurement range of the temperature sensor is expanded.The experiment shows that the tem-perature sensor has a sensitivity of 950 MHz/℃and an accuracy of 32.5 kHz in the range of 0~4℃.It has a high application pros-pect in the industry where high sensitivity and accuracy are required for temperature sensors.
