摘要
Abstract
The accelerated development of information technology in the era of big data has brought new challenges to government governance.Although health impact assessment is in the exploratory development stage in China,it has shown strong vitality.In the assessment process,the introduction of the concept of evidence-based decision-making has multiple political,economic and technical feasibility,and has become an effective institutional choice to avoid risks.Embedding the entire process of evidence collection,dissemination,evaluation and screening,absorption and application,and correction and expansion into the health impact assessment system can achieve the organic unity of value rationality and instrumental rationality,strengthen the positive impact of health in policy texts or engineering projects,promote the implementation of"integrating health into all policies",and continuously improve the level of governance.关键词
