Digitalization and High-Quality Supply of Tourism Public Services:Internal Mechanisms and Chinese Experience
摘要
Abstract
This article first takes the"precision"and"temperature"of tourism public services supply as the starting point,and theoretically explains how digitalization can improve the high-quality supply level of tourism public services.Secondly,it explains the mechanism from the perspective of factor optimization configuration.Finally,it empirically tests the impact of digitalization on the high-quality supply of tourism public services using provincial panel data in China from 2013 to 2022.The research has found that digitalization has significantly improved the level of high-quality supply of tourism public services,becoming a new engine for achieving high-quality supply of tourism public services.However,the improvement of tourism public transportation,infrastructure,public information,entertainment and other services is more obvious,and the improvement of safety guarantee,public environment,human resources and other services has not yet been evident.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the empowering effect of digitalization on the high-quality supply of tourism public services is more biased towards the western region.Mechanism tests have found that digitalization can promote the factor optimization configuration,further promoting the high-quality supply of tourism public services.关键词
