地方高校产教融合育人模式探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of the Industry-Education Integrated Talent-Cultivation Model in Regional Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of the Insurance Major in Harbin Finance University

Abstract
Industry-education integration serves as a pivotal approach for regional colleges and universities to cultivate talents and contribute to local economic and social development.However,application-oriented colleges and universities often encounter various challenges during the implementation of the industry-education integration.This research introduces the talent-cultivation model of"One Body,Two Wings;Three-Stage Progression;Four Measures Combination"developed by the Insurance major in Harbin Finance University.By collaboratively designing talent-cultivation programs with enterprises,co-constructing industrial schools,and establishing industry-academia-research platforms,this model addresses the disconnection between talent cultivation and industry demands.This practice has demonstrated that the model significantly enhances the quality of application-oriented talent cultivation,leading to a notable increase in graduate employment rates and the recognition of multiple teaching achievements.It serves as an exemplary reference for financial and insurance education.关键词
