A Survey on the Current Situation of Health Science Popularization via WeChat Official Accounts in Tertiary Hospitals in Henan Province

Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation and influence of health science popularization through WeChat official account of tertiary hospitals in Henan Province,and to provide scientific basis for health science popularization through WeChat official account.Methods Using the method of census,the WeChat official account of the tertiary hospitals in Henan Province in 2022 and related data were collected and counted.Results In 2022,the official account of the tertiary hospital in Henan Province published 15 662 articles on health science popularization,including 8 169 original articles(58.93%).By hospital type,provincial hospitals had the highest proportion of original science popularization articles(52.16%)and the highest WCI(45.23%).According to the location of the hospital,Zhoukou City had the highest proportion of original science popularization articles(70.20%),while Zhengzhou City had the highest WCI(48.31%).By hospital level,the proportion of original popular science articles in tertiary specialized hospitals was the highest(48.51%),and WCI was also the highest(39.89).Conclusion The WeChat official account of the tertiary hospital in Henan Province currently has the problems of low proportion of original science popularization and weak communication ability.It is suggested that the hospital should select the content with high user value according to its own brand communication needs and patient status when carrying out health science popularization work.关键词
