摘要

Abstract

Objective To understand the current status of the formation of health-related behaviors among residents in Kunshan City and the main influencing factors of the formation of health-related behaviors among residents,in order to explore the path to promote the formation of health-related behaviors among residents. Methods A combination of multi-stage cluster sampling,KISH table sampling, and simple random sampling was used to select the resident population aged 15 and above in Kunshan City as the survey subjects.Face to face interviews were conducted to investigate the survey subjects. Results The overall possession rate of various health behaviors among residents in Kunshan City was 74.83%,and the overall excellent rate of health behavior formation was 86.30%.The formation of health-related behaviors among residents is closely related to gender, occupation, educational level, whether they possess health literacy, and annual household income;women and those with higher levels of education have a relatively higher rate of developing good health behaviors. Conclusion The level of health literacy has a significant impact on the formation of health-related behaviors among residents, suggesting that improving the level of health literacy among residents to promote the formation of health-related behaviors is an effective approach.
