Abstract

[Objective]To determine the optimal canopy closure for cultivating Stropharia rugosoan-nulata under Pinus massoniana forests.[Method]Five canopy closure treatments were designed using cultivated Stropharia rugosoannulata as experimental material.The study investigated the effects of varying canopy closure on Stropharia rugosoannulata growth,yield,and nutritional content,employing a membership function approach for comprehensive evaluation of each indicator.[Result]A canopy closure of 0.8 performed best overall.Compared to a canopy closure of 0.2,the following parameters showed significant increases:cap diameter and thickness,stem diameter and length,fruiting period,yield,bioconversion rate,carbohydrate content,total sugar content and energy content increased by 33.56%,52.41%,85.59%,36.94%,31.00%,346.40%,346.26%,48.02%,37.89%,and 15.39%,respectively,compared to the 0.2 canopy closure treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The op-timal canopy closure for cultivating Stropharia rugosoannulata under Pinus massoniana forests is 0.8,while 0.2 canopy closure treatment yielded the poorest results.
