导师制联合多元教学模式在磁共振实习中的应用效果
Application Effect of Tutorial System Combined with Multi-teaching Mode in Magnetic Resonance Practice

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of tutorial system combined with multi-teaching mode in mag-netic resonance practice.Methods A total of 80 students specializing in Medical Imaging Technology,who were un-dergoing internships in the MRI Department of the First Af-filiated Hospital of Zhengzhou University January to June 2024 and met the inclusion/exclusion criteria,were select-ed as the research subjects.Using a random number method(random numbers were generated by SPSS,random num-bers).The top 40 students were classified into the control group and receiving the traditional teaching mode.The last 40 students were classified into the observation group,re-ceiving the tutorial system combined with multi-teaching mode.Results Compared with the control group,students in the observation group achieved significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge assessment,operational skills assessment and comprehensive ability evaluation,and the students were more satisfied with the teaching mode.All these differences were with statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tutorial system combined with multi-teaching mode can improve learning effect and practi-cal abilities in magnetic resonance practice,and is associat-ed with high students satisfaction.关键词
