Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of the PBL teaching model in the teaching of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with biofeedback therapy for patients with anterior rectal resection syndrome.Methods 33 stan-dardized trainees who were received education and training in the Department of Anorectal Medicine of the First Affili-ated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the con-trol group.In the teaching of Shenling Baizhu Powder com-bined with biofeedback therapy for patients with anterior rectal resection syndrome,the conventional teaching mode was implemented.33 standardized trainees who were re-ceived education and training in the Department of Anorec-tal Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Uni-versity of Chinese Medicine from July 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group to carry out the PBL teaching model based on case introduction.The learning abilities and subject scores of the two groups were compared.Results After the training and education,the SRSSDL score and the final examination score of the obser-vation group were both higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the case-based PBL teaching model in the teaching of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with biofeedback therapy for patients with anteri-or rectal resection syndrome is remarkable,which can im-prove the learning ability and graduation performance of standardized trainees.
