心腔内超声在房颤患者房间隔穿刺技术培训中的应用实践
Application Practice of Intraventricular Ultrasound in Atrial Septal Puncture Technique Training in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of intraventricular ultrasound(ICE)combined with X-ray in the training of atrial septal puncture technique for partici-pants in atrial fibrillation intervention.Methods A self-con-trolled study was conducted on 30 participants involved in atrial fibrillation intervention,comparing the traditional X-ray-guided atrial septal puncture from January 1,2023 to December 31,2023,and the ICE combined with X-ray-guided atrial septal puncture from January 1,2024 to December 31,2024.The observed indicators included the puncture success rate,puncture time,X-ray exposure time,puncture site quality(AIFV system score)and complica-tion rate,and the participants'evaluation ofICE combined with X-ray puncture was recorded.Results The success rate of atrial septal puncture under the guidance of ICE combined with X-ray was significantly increased(100%vs.68.7%,P<0.001),and the puncture time was shortened to(175.5±64.5)seconds,which was significantly lower than that of traditional X-ray method(221.6±55.6)seconds(P<0.01).The X-ray exposure time decreased from(176.6±73.4)seconds to(117.8±61.6)seconds(P<0.05),and the AIFV system score increased to(4.8±1.8),which was high-er than that of the traditional method(4.1±1.9)(P<0.05).Complications such as cardiac tamponade did not occur in either modality.In addition,28 participants reported that the combination of ICE with X-rays significantly improved surgical safety,23 participants reported increased confi-dence in independent operation,and 21 participants report-ed a significant improvement in their understanding of car-diac anatomy.Conclusion ICE combined with X-ray can significantly improve the success rate and quality of atrial septal puncture,reduce puncture time and X-ray exposure time,and ensure safety,which is an efficient training meth-od suitable for promotion.关键词
