基于SBAR沟通模式联合Seminar-案例教学法在呼吸科护理教学中的应用
Application of the SBAR Communication Model Com-bined with the Seminar-Case Teaching Method in Respi-ratory Nursing Education

Abstract
Objective Exploring the impact of the stan-dardized communication model(Situation,Background,Assessment,Recommendation,SBAR)in conjunction with the Seminar-Case-Based Teaching Method on the criti-cal thinking abilities and learning attitudes of nursing in-terns in the respiratory care field.Methods Sixty nursing interns admitted to the Respiratory Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from June 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an Research group using a computer-gen-erated random number sequence,The control group(30 interns)received traditional teaching methods,while the study group(30 interns)employed the SBAR communica-tion model alongside the seminar-case teaching method.The differences in problem-solving skills,critical thinking capabilities,and learning attitudes between the two groups were compared.Results Following the intervention,the Research group exhibited significantly higher scores in ra-tional problem-solving,positive problem orientation,ne-glect/impulsive personality,confidence in critical think-ing,analytical skills,truth-seeking,study habits,learning experience,learning interest,and understanding of nurs-ing in Respiratory Medicine compared to the control group.Furthermore,the study group demonstrated lower scores in negative problem orientation and avoidance style compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of the SBAR communication model with the seminar-case teaching method in respiratory nursing educa-tion substantially enhances the problem-solving abilities,critical thinking skills,and learning attitudes of nursing interns.关键词
