中药在2型糖尿病合并失眠患者中应用的Meta分析
Meta Analysis of the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Insomnia

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the appli-cation of traditional Chinese medicine in type 2 diabetes pa-tients with insomnia.MethodsThrough the databases of HowNet,Wanfang,PubMed,etc.,we searched the litera-ture related to the treatment of type 2 diabetes with insom-nia by traditional Chinese medicine from the establishment of the database to June 2025,screened the literature,and fi-nally applied RevMan5.3 software to conduct a meta-analy-sis of the included literature to explore the effect of tradi-tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with insomnia.Result Meta analysis shows that there are significant differences(P<0.001)in clinical efficacy,sleep quality,and blood glucose levels among patients treated with different methods.Conclusion Current clinical evi-dence shows that Chinese medicine can improve the sleep quality and blood sugar level of type 2 diabetes patients with insomnia,improve the treatment effect,and provide reference for the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with insomnia.关键词
