Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of situational teaching method in orthopedic rehabilitation nursing operation training.Methods 80 nursing staff who received orthopedic rehabilitation nursing operation train-ing in the General Hospital of the Southern Theater of the Chinese People's Liberation Army were selected as the re-search object,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table principle,with 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.The control group adopeted traditional training methods,while the observation group adopted situational teaching method.The results of theoretical knowledge assessment,operation-al skills assessment and training satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly higher theoretical knowledge assessment scores,operational skills assessment scores,and training satisfaction compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The ap-plication of situational teaching method in orthopedic reha-bilitation nursing operation training has a good overall ef-fect,which is helpful to improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment of nursing staff,and the training satisfaction is high,which has high reference value.关键词
