医学院校学生党员身份认同现状调查
Investigation on the Status Quo of Party Member Identi-ty among Medical College Students

Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo and influ-encing factors of student party members'identity in medi-cal colleges,and to provide basis for improving the effec-tiveness of identity education and constructing the training system.Methods a questionnaire survey was used to de-sign a scale based on the four dimensions of cognition,emotion,evaluation and behavior.The influence of 288 medical student party members'personal factors,such as gender,grade,student cadre experience,and family factors,such as family residence and parents'education back-ground,on the level of identity were systematically ana-lyzed.Results from the perspective of personal situation,students'gender,grade and whether to serve as student cadres and other factors will have different degrees of influ-ence on the identity of Party members.At the family level,family residence and parents'education level are also closely related to the identity of Party members.From the perspective of the relationship between various dimensions,it is difficult to achieve the expected effect simply by im-proving the cognitive level to promote students'identity of Party members and further affect their behavior.Only by improving students'evaluation level can it have a substan-tial impact on their behavior.The improvement of the eval-uation level is not an isolated process,it needs the inter-weaving and synergistic effect of students'personal factors and family factors.Conclusion the promotion of college student party members'identity needs the cooperation of colleges and universities and social forces,rather than iso-lated intervention.This synergy is of key significance to the construction of a perfect party member identity system and guiding behavior,and provides an important theoreti-cal basis and practical guidance for subsequent related re-search and practice.关键词
