高职药理学"岗课赛证"融通育人模式的构建研究
Research on the Construction of a'Post-Course-Compe-tition-Certificate'Integrated Talent Cultivation Model in Higher Vocational Pharmacology

Abstract
As a core fundamental course in medical and pharmaceutical majors,pharmacology's teaching quality and effect are closely related to students'future profession-al development and service capabilities.However,in the higher vocational education system,traditional pharmacolo-gy teaching models often have problems such as the separa-tion of theory and practice,lagging knowledge updates,and insufficient students'application abilities,which makes it difficult to meet the new requirements of the rapidly de-veloping pharmaceutical industry for high-quality technical and skilled talents.In recent years,the integration model of"post-course-competition-certificate"has attracted increas-ing attention in vocational education.This paper explores integrating the concept of"post-course-competition-certifi-cate"into the teaching reform of pharmacology in higher vocational colleges,constructing an integrated talent culti-vation model oriented by post requirements,centered on course content,driven by skill competitions,and referenced by vocational certificates,which provides a reference for in-novating the talent training model for pharmacy-related ma-jors in higher vocational education.关键词
