碱胁迫下水稻离子通道和转录因子相关基因的表达研究
Expression of Ion Channel and Transcription Factor Related Genes in Rice under Alkali Stress

Abstract
Phenotypic variation was observed by stressing Dongdao 4 with 37.5 mmol/L(pH 11.5)mixed alkali solution(Na2CO3∶NaHCO3=9∶1),and the root tissues of selected plants treated for 4 days were subjected to qRT-PCR experiments to detect the expression of related genes.The results showed that rice under alkali stress exhibited gradual drying and yellowing,reduced plant height,leaf curling,restricted root growth and reduced plant fresh weight,and some root development re-lated genes were inhibited,the expression of ion channel and transcription factor related genes were altered.We found that ion channels located on the vesicle membrane related genes OsNHX1,OsNHX2,and OsTPKa,played a critical role in stabilizing ion homeostasis in the cytoplasm under al-kali stress and were induced to be expressed;meanwhile,transcription factor activity related genes OsJAMyb,OsNAC2,OsNAP,OsBZ8,and Oshox22 were also significantly induced under high pH al-kaline stress.They may be important genes in the response of rice roots to external environmental stimuli under alkali stress.Under alkali stress environment,rice roots receive stress signals and initi-ate a series of response measures,including the balance of Na+and K+and the expression of resis-tance related genes,among which ion channels and transcription factors are key in regulating stress responses,so it is important to study the expression of ion channel-and transcription factor-related genes in rice root system under alkali stress.关键词
