Abstract

Using high-throughput sequencing technology,the endophytic fungi in needles of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica were sequenced and analyzed by bioinformatics,the Funguild database was used for fungal annotation,and the correlation between fungi was analyzed according to Spearman correlation coefficient.When the lesion length reached 1/3 of the needle length,the diversity index of endophytic fungi in needles was the lowest,and the abundance of Cyclaneusma was the highest.The dominant fungi in the six groups were Dothistroma(23.46%),Dothistroma(30.02%),Cyclaneusma(57.19%),Cyclaneusma(26.55%),Cyclaneusma(46.51%)and Cenangium(15.30%).According to PCoA results,the needles of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica were infected by pathogens,the commu-nity structure of endophytic fungi was constantly changing,and the differences in the community structure of endophytic fungi in needles were significant.When the lesion length reached 1/3 of the needle length,the most fungi of pathotroph were found in needles(87.56%),and when the lesion length passed 1/3 of the needle length,the abundance of fungi of saprotroph increased.The diversity and community structure of endophytic fungi in the needles of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica changed with the deepening of the disease degree.When the lesion length reached 1/3 of the needle length,the diversity of endophytic fungi was the lowest,and the diversity of endophytic fungi in-creased with the increase of lesion length.After the needles of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica were in-fected by pathogens,the differences in the community structure of endophytic fungi in needles were significant.The abundance of fungi of pathotroph and fungi of saprotroph in needles were higher,and fungi of symbiotroph were rare,to explore and analyze the diversity and community structure of endo-phytic fungi in Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica needles.
