Abstract
To address the problem of balancing between rapidity and stability during the dry-wet state transition in direct-fired boilers,and to achieve precise fuel quantity optimization a supercritical unit,a flexible boiler main control system was desi-gned.By judging the transition conditions,identifying the optimal setpoint based on the improved recursive least squares algorithm,considering the speed and acceleration type feedforward of the main steam pressure disturbance,and accurately identifying the fuel quantity and water supply quantity demand signals,the system disturbances during the transition were overcome,and the rapid and stable flexible conversion process of the supercritical unit during the transition was realized,improving the regulation quality of the direct-fired boiler during the transition.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method were verified through relevant experiments.关键词
