Abstract

Aiming at the construction requirements of intelligent agriculture,a wireless remote visual monitoring software and hardware system for wheat precision seeding based on LabVIEW was developed.Through optical fiber blanking sen-sor,high-speed counting module and LoRa wireless transceiver module,the functions of real-time counting of wheat grain seeding,dynamic curve display,seeding quantity estimation,power-down maintenance,data table display and saving were realized.In order to reduce the error count caused by external interference,a wavelet threshold filtering noise reduc-tion program was developed by using LabVIEW and MatLab mixed programming method,which improved the reliability of the system.The wheat precision seeding test system was developed,and the precision seeding and metering device monito-ring test was carried out.Under the test conditions that the motor speed of the metering device was 12.6 r/min and the spiral angle of the metering device was 30°,the average relative error of the wheat precision seeding monitoring system was 2.59%.The least squares fitting and correlation analysis of the wheat monitoring number were carried out,and the linea rity was good,indicating the monitoring system was accurate and reliable.The condition monitoring test of the seed mete-ring device showed that the system could effectively monitor the missing seeding caused by the fault of the seed metering device,and the accuracy rate was 90.71%.The seeding amount calculation module was also developed,which could re-alize the estimation of seeding amount per hectare(kg/hm2)and population per hectare(ten thousand ears)by target yield,actual yield coefficient,grain number per ear,thousand grain weight,tillering rate,seed purity,germination rate and seedling emergence rate.The above research showed that the system was reliable,high measurement accuracy,good visualization effect,and had important reference significance for the automation and information construction of precision seeding in intelligent agricultural.
