Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding compound probiotic preparations(including Bacillus subtilis,lactic acid bacteria and yeast,etc.)to the basal diet on the growth performance and immunity of weaned piglets.Two hundred 28-day-old three-way hybrid weaned piglets were selected as the experimental subjects and randomly divided into four groups,with 10 replicates in each group and five piglets in each replicate.The control group was fed with the basal diet,while the 0.10%addition group,0.15%addition group,and 0.20%addition group were respectively added with 0.10%,0.15%,and 0.20%of compound probiotic preparations to the basal diet.The pre-test period was 7 days and the formal test period was 56 days.The results showed that during the feeding experiment,compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of piglets in the 0.10%,0.15%,and 0.20%compound probiotic preparation addition groups all increased,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05),the average daily weight gain significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the 0.10%,0.15%,and 0.20%compound probiotic preparation addition groups were increased(P>0.05).The content of serum interleukin-1 β(IL-1β)decreased(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the contents of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in the 0.15%and 0.20%compound probiotic preparation addition groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Studies have shown that adding compound probiotic preparations to the diet of weaned piglets can enhance their growth performance and immune function.Among them,a dosage of 0.15%for compound probiotic preparations is more appropriate.关键词
