穗茎兼收型玉米收获机秸秆收获装置的设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Straw Harvesting Device for Corn Harvester with both Ear and Stem Harvesting

Abstract
A straw harvesting device suitable for double-layer harvesting platforms had been designed to address the phe-nomenon of significant straw loss and reduced machine efficiency caused by blockage of the harvesting device during straw harvesting and transportation in corn harvesters with both ear and stem harvesting.Designed a rolling cutter at the front end of the lower harvesting platform,and determine the blade parameters through analysis;Designed an auxiliary feeding roller behind the cutter,and add spiral serrated blades on the surface of the auxiliary feeding roller to improve its gripping and conveying ability;Designed a telescopic finger screw conveyor behind the auxiliary feeding roller,and through kine-matic analysis,determined that the screw angle of the screw conveyor was 28°,the total length of the telescopic finger was 230 mm,and the eccentricity was 68 mm.Using homework speed and rolling cutter speed as experimental factors,and straw harvesting loss rate as an indicator,a 2-factor 3-level orthogonal rotation combination field experiment was de-signed,and the regression model was optimized using Design-Expert 12.The experimental results showed that the straw harvesting loss rate was 3.91%when the operating speed was 4.08 km/h and the rolling speed was 1,196.88 r/min.Field validation experiments showed that,based on actual conditions,three repeated experiments were conducted at a working speed of 4 km/h and a rolling cutter speed of 1,200 r/min.The average straw harvesting loss rate was 4.15%,and the device did not experience any blockage during operation.The error between the experimental results and the opti-mized results was within 5%,confirming that the device design was reasonable and met national standards.关键词
