基于CFD的生物质燃料气力输送管道分配器数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation Study on the Pipeline Distributor for Biomass Fuel Gas Transportation Based on CFD

Abstract
To investigate the flow characteristics and thermal behavior in reducing tee and one-to-three distributors during biomass pneumatic conveying,a numerical model based on the dense discrete phase model(DDPM)within the Eulerian multiphase framework was developed,which integrated particle dynamics with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)theory and was implemented using ANSYS software.The numerical results indicated that under normal operating conditions,the pressure drop across the reducing tee distributor was approximately 300.4 Pa,whereas it significantly increased to 568.7 Pa in the one-to-three distributor.Notably,considerable heat generation due to wall friction was observed in the reducing tee distributor with a maximum wall temperature reaching up to 47.1℃,which could potentially affect operational stability and thermal safety.Furthermore,the velocities of both biomass particles and airflow near the wall region approached zero within the one-to-three distributor,indicating an elevated risk of particle accumulation and blockage.In addition,the position where the velocity of biomass and air in the middle section of reducing tee and one-to-three distributors increased at t=6 s was the same as the position where the temperature rose.关键词
