Research on the Legal Path of Subsidy Policies for Scrapping and Updating Agricultural Machinery and the Promotion of Agricultural Machinery

Abstract
The subsidy policy for scrapping and updating agricultural machinery was an important component of the subsi-dy policy for purchasing agricultural machinery,and the two were interdependent and mutually reinforcing.The construc-tion of a legal path for the subsidy policy for scrapped and updated agricultural machinery was conducive to promoting the sustainable development of agricultural mechanization along the legal path,and promoting the continuous development of agricultural mechanization in China towards a green and environmentally friendly direction.In view of the overall develop-ment status and outstanding problems faced by the agricultural machinery industry,the evolution process of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy was sorted out,and the legalization demand of the agricultural machinery scrapping and updating subsidy policy was analyzed.Based on the relevant theoretical basis,this paper puts forward the construction scheme of the rule of law path of the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery scrapping and updating,supporting laws and regulations were formulated,operating standards for scrapping and updating subsidies were issued clearly,and a perfect modern multi-level supervision mechanism was established.This article jointly explained the innovative path model of ag-ricultural machinery promotion driven by the rule of law from two aspects:the legal innovation path of financial and insu rance services and the online one-stop service model of agricultural machinery promotion,so as to provide reference for accelerating the rule of law process of green agricultural economy and improving the efficiency of agricultural machinery promotion.关键词
