悬挂式全电驱小区精量播种机控制系统的设计与试验
Design and Experiment of the Control System for Suspended Fully Electric-Driven Plot Precision Seeder

Abstract
To achieve efficient seed cleaning and refilling in plot seeders,improve the control accuracy of plot length,in-terval spacing,and seeding spacing,and ensure precise alignment of multi-row plots,an intelligent control system for suspended fully electric-driven plot seeder was designed.The system integrates modules such as RTK differential positio-ning,automatic seed box transportation,servo-driven seed metering,rapid seed cleaning and refilling,electric variable-rate fertilization,and human-machine interaction,forming a comprehensive precision seeding control system.To address issues of wheel slippage and the low update frequency of BeiDou RTK positioning,a dynamic correction algorithm was proposed.This algorithm enables online identification and slippage compensation of wheel speed using RTK signals,thereby improving travel speed measurement,seeding spacing accuracy,and overall control precision.Bench tests were conducted to optimize the control timing for seed cleaning and refilling,enhancing the efficiency of the seed metering de-vice.Field experiments combined with a marking device,validated the accuracy of plot length,interval spacing,align-ment precision of plots in different operating directions,and consistency of seeding spacing.The experimental results showed that at an operating speed of 3.0 km/h,the variety isolation success rate reached 100%,the qualified rate of seeding spacing was 93.2%,the control errors for plot length and interval spacing were less than 5 cm and 2 cm,respec-tively,and the alignment deviation of plots across rows did not exceed 6 cm.This study provides an effective technical solution for improving the precision and operational reliability of plot breeding seeders.关键词
