基于甘油-亚铁络合物的苎麻织物氧漂工艺研究
Study on oxygen bleaching process of ramie fabric based on glycerol-ferrous coordination compound

Abstract
Aiming at the issues of strong alkalinity and severe fabric damage in the traditional oxygen bleaching process for ramie,the glycerol-ferrous complex(G-Fe2+)aqueous solution was prepared for the near-neutral oxygen bleaching process of ramie fabric.The catalytic effect of G-Fe2+on hydrogen peroxide was clarified by testing the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide and bleaching effect of ramie fabric at different catalyst dosage and bleaching temperature.The influence of bleaching process parameter on the bleaching effect of ramie was studied by single factor and response surface experiments.The results showed that the G-Fe2+can effectively catalyzed hydrogen peroxide.The optimum process conditions for bleaching effect were as follows:bleaching temperature was 90℃,bleaching bath pH value was 5~6,mass concentration of G-Fe2+was 0.6 g/L,bleaching time was 50 minutes.The whiteness of ramie fabric treated under the process could be reached to 82.47,the breaking strength was 514.26 N,the whiteness was 22.27%higher than untreated ramie fabric,and the breaking strength was 10.03%higher than the traditional bleaching process.关键词
