Abstract
In order to understand the application effect of full flat fixed cover carding machine,its performance characteristics and carding principle were introduced,and a spinning comparison test was conducted with the traditional movable flat carding machine.The results showed that there was little difference in the quality indicators of card sliver and the yarn when the two carding machines spining JC/T 60/40 18.5 tex siro condensed yarn.When spining C/T 60/40 18.5 tex yarn in large quantities,full fixed flat carding machine could achieve a relatively better level of yarn quality indicators whether spinning polyester or cotton.It is considered that full fixed flat carding machine has superior spinning quality,lower raw material consumption and obvious advantages.The selection,use and maintenance of card clothing in production are crucial.Under different single-unit production conditions,the carding effect of full fixed flat carding machine still needs further testing.It is necessary to enhance and optimize the anti-jamming design of the needle profile,and the matching of each group needle densities should be more precise and reasonable to further stabilize and improve the quality of the yarn.关键词
