Abstract
In order to further increase yarn strength of medium cotton,based on production practice,the factors influencing the yarn strength of medium cotton were analyzed,and ideas and methods for improving the yarn strength were proposed.By adjusting the cotton blending method to achieve stability and improvement of yarn strengthen,optimizing the process parameter configuration of each procedure,reducing fiber damage,fully leveraging the advantage of fiber length,increasing fiber straightness,rationally utilizing the interlocking force of fibers,coordinating with the control of relative humidity in the workshop,adopting new special parts,strictly controlling operations,improving eveness of the yarn,and gradually accumulating beneficial factors,fully leveraging the strength advantages of fibers in both longitudinal and transverse directions in the yarn,reducing adverse effects of accident yarn defects and spindle difference,and ultimately achieve the goal of increasing the yarn strength and improving the strength CV.关键词
