Abstract
To achieve a dyed fabric with blanking effect by selectively dyeing only one of the fibers in monochrome BCI cotton and recycled polyester blended yarn,making the garments fashionable and distinctive while reducing dyeing costs,high-quality BCI cotton and recycled polyester were taken as raw materials.The production process was rationally designed,and the parameters in each process were optimized,including the selection of card clothing,the use of aluminum bushings with soft elastic rubber-covered roll and other key components,foreign fiber cleaner was also employed,and corresponding preventive measures were taken for sudden yarn defects.Finally,monochrome combed BCI cotton/recycled polyester 60/40 14.76 tex siro spinning knitting yarn was successfully produced.The yarn quality could reach USTER 2023 Statistics 5%～25%level,yarn quality was stable,which providing a guarantee for meeting the requirements in subsequent dyeing processes.关键词
