纤维种类和掺量对ECC性能的影响研究

Abstract
This paper intends to study the performance of ECC through experiments,with the content and type of fibers as variables.The research results show that the fluidity of ECC decreases with the increase of fiber content.Among them,compared with POM fiber,PE fiber has a more obvious decrease in ECC fluidity.At the same time,the compressive strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength and flexural strength of ECC all show an increasing trend,among which POM fiber has a more obvious improvement on compressive strength.Mechanism analysis shows that POM fiber can achieve uniform distribution in the ECC matrix due to its excellent low adsorption and high dispersibility,which not only optimizes the internal structure of the material and improves the compactness of the matrix,but also effectively delays the propagation of microcracks.process.关键词
