Abstract
Dispersion is one of the key indicators for evaluating the accuracy performance of a projectile-gun system and serves as a significant optimization objective in the design of projectile configuration and structure.To systematically investigate the influence laws of projectile structural parameters and aerodynamic characteristics on dispersion,and thereby provide theoretical support for the optimization design of projectile configuration and structure,this paper takes the key structural and aerodynamic parameters of the projectile as the overall research objects,and conducts relevant research through Monte Carlo simulation of interference trajectories under different characteristic parameters and external ballistics theoretical analysis.Firstly,based on aerodynamic and external ballistics theory,a stochastic ballistic simulation system including disturbance terms such as muzzle disturbance,manufacturing error,and environmental disturbance is established.Subsequently,the dispersion of projectile impact points under the influence of different disturbance terms is compared and analyzed,and the variation law and causes of ballistic characteristics and dispersion under different aerodynamic parameters are investigated.The research results indicate that reducing the muzzle jump angle and initial velocity jump is most beneficial for improving range and lateral dispersion.Enhancing the consistency of projectile mass manufacturing can significantly improve range dispersion.On the premise of ensuring projectile flight stability,reducing projectile drag is conducive to improving dispersion.关键词
