壳体特性对环状MEFP飞散角的影响
Effect of shell characteristics on the dispersion angle of annular MEFP

Abstract
To investigate the dispersion characteristics of annular multiple explosively formed penetrator(MEFP),numerical simulation was employed.Based on the LS-DYNA explicit dynamics software,numerical calculations and analyses were performed on the dispersion process of MEFP,focusing on shell materials including polyurethane,aluminum,and 45 steel,as well as shell structures with uniform lateral constraints and top-weakened constraints and experimental verification was conducted concurrently.Results show that the central reflected wave formed by the convergence of explosive waves at the MEFP axis is a key factor causing increased projectile dispersion angles.Shell constraint strength influences MEFP axial velocity and the timing of the central reflected wave's action,thereby indirectly influencing the MEFP radial velocity.Under uniform lateral constraints,polyurethane shells exhibit the largest difference in axial and radial velocities,resulting in a dispersion angle of 0.62°,significantly higher than the 0.28° observed with aluminum shell.Modification of the shell structure can effectively control the MEFP dispersion angle.Changing from a laterally uniformly constrained shell to a top-weakened constraint shell reduces the top constraint,decreasing the polyurethane's MEFP dispersion angle by 66%(to 0.21°),while increasing aluminum's by 107%and 45 steel's by 20%.These results reveal the central reflected wave's influence on MEFP dispersion and provide a basis for MEFP charge design.关键词
